Morgan knows better than to stick around in a fight that he cannot win, he is quick on his feet and fairly adept in escaping sticky situations.
Attacks:
Judgment - The user releases countless shots of light at the target. Its type varies with the kind of Plate the user is holding.
With the great power bestowed upon him, he smites those that dare defy him or what the great spirits tell him.
Imprison - If opposing person know any move also known by the user, they are prevented from using it.
If Morgan doesn’t deem a person worthy of possessing the same move as him he’ll keep them from using it through the means of magic.
Poison Jab - The target is stabbed with a tentacle or arm steeped in poison. This may also poison the target, 30% chance of poisoning.
Morgan doesn’t like to carry heavy weaponry, instead he uses small needles to do his dirty work if he needs to attack by non-grandiose means. The poison comes from his snake-head tail.
Sacred Fire - The target is razed with a mystical fire of great intensity. This may also leave the target with a burn, 50% chance of burning.
While the power of this attack is often used in rituals, Morgan isn’t afraid to let his foes have a taste of its ferocity, blasting them with harsh flames that seem greedy to burn anything they touch.

Morgan can be a bit of a handful. It really comes down to how he feels around the person he is with and his overall well-being in the current moment. Usually though he is something to behold. Growing up in the belief of being something special he can reflect that with his behavior, being rather confident around people. He likes attention and especially when it is just one-on-one so he can be the main focus. Sometimes Morgan likes to touch or be close; probably a result in never being told that isn’t respectful. Though he often doesn’t mean any harm by it, while he is cheeky he isn’t very dangerous. In fact he has a passion towards helping people than hindering them. He also loves to be around children and animals; sometimes he’ll cuddle familiars if they don’t mind. He can also be a bit insensitive to people’s privacy, poking at subjects he might have overheard or asking surprising things if he happened to have visions about a person.
The young man hates hard labor and usually opts out of doing anything too straining, not that he has much of a physique for it anyway. Morgan also doesn’t like walking too much, trying to bum rides off of Hymn or people he is with. Being hurt or sick makes his childish behavior in this respect even worse; he’ll all but refuse to do anything until he feels better.
After rituals to invoke visions, Morgan usually feels pretty tired and out of it from the use of the drugs. If he does anything too rash and remembers it later, he’ll apologize if he feels his behavior was out of control.
History:
Morgan was born in a small rural village in the hills near Mt Alton. Though the way in which he was conceived was not typical. First of all his mother, a Lopunny named Callia was married to a Sawsbuck by the name of Athen. Athen had been a logger and loving husband but he was gravely injured few years after the two married. They grew distraught on what to do to survive without the husband supporting the family. A wanderer heard about their plight and visited them at their small home. The wanderer was a Zebstrika named Barric and he told the couple that he could solve their money issues. Without hesitation they asked, desperate for some sort of fix to their problems. Barric said that he would pay them gold if he could live in their home and sleep with Callia for the night. Outraged the couple told the Zebstrika to leave but he then sweetened the pot and told them that he would give them enough gold to support them until Athen was back on his feet. Still there was much reluctance but that much gold would surely help them out until Athen could work again. Finally the couple agreed and a trade of sorts was made.
Nine months later Morgan was born. There was some speculation on if the child was Athen’s or not by the couple but they could not let the rest of the village know about possible father of the boy. It would cause a lot of shame on the whole family. Instead two decided to not let these worries hold them down and raised Morgan with love and care.
When Morgan was seven he was a rambunctious boy that loved to play with the other children in the village. He was great at tag and hardly ever had to be it. Until one day one of the children claimed that they had tagged the Girafarig and Morgan was sure they didn’t. An argument broke out and Morgan was pushed to the ground, out of frustration and anger a rage grew inside him and before he knew it balls of light rained down upon the area where they were playing. The adults heard the commotion and screaming of the children and rushed out to see what was going on. That is where they found young Morgan crying and many of the children injured. From that day forward the boy’s life changed.
Instead of being seen as an abomination the village revered him. A mortal child amongst them that knew a move that was known for being the attack favored by the Father God. Later they found out that Morgan also knew another attack known for being possessed by Legendries. To them Morgan was special and was meant to improve their lives. From then on he was tutored by the elders and the shaman of the village. The boy was virtually worshiped for being a demi-god, brought to them by Arceus. They blamed his presence for good harvests and rain, for keeping sickness at bay and overall prosperity. Even the truth behind his birth came forward by his parents and many started to believe that the wandering Zebstrika was Arceus in disguise.
As Morgan grew up the more he began to believe he was something special amongst his village. He took to heart in learning how to do proper rituals and to aid the people amongst him. When he turned 14 he took to meditation and ritualistic ceremonies, slowly gaining the ability to have visions through drugs and fasting. Yet while he did his best to be an oracle for his people, he yearned to see the rest of the islands and maybe seek out the truths behind his real father. Part of the Girafarig was uncertain if he was truly a son of a god. One day he faked a vision and told his people that he would have to go on a pilgrimage to learn more about the island so he could one day come back and be even a greater source of help for the village.
Since then he has taken to wandering about the island searching for answers about his other father and generally enjoying life in a different way than he is accustomed.

Hymn isn’t a very loud sort, she says only what she needs to when she feels it’s appropriate. A lot of the time she avoids being around people but remains close to Morgan if he needs guidance or just someone to talk to. She doesn’t really care for the life that Morgan has grown up in but holds her tongue over such matters. If her counterpart is happy then she is happy. If Moragn ever needs help she’ll be there in an instant, she may just be a familiar but she shouldn’t be trifled with when her baby is in danger.

Morgan is highly allergic to steel, it gives him a rash when he touches it. All of the metal he wears is plated or made out of silver and other safe metals.
The needles he uses as weapons are made out of bone shards. Sometimes he engraves the needles with artwork when he is bored.
Morgan’s tail never sleeps and possesses a brain like most Girafarigs.
The greaves that he wears are for show and do little to actually protect him.
If Hymn is around, most chances are Morgan is close by and alone.
Hymn doesn’t do it often but she’ll let Morgan ride on her back if he is tired or hurt.
The visions that Morgan has can be things to come or glimpses of the past, sometimes they are brought on through ritual means other times that come to him out of the blue. There have been times he sees things of others’ pasts or futures (only at the owner’s permission).
Due to his androgynous appearance and way he dresses it can be hard to pinpoint his gender at times but his voice is fairly masculine and usually dispels the mystery.
The freckling on Morgan’s skin is actually small gems imbedded in his skin, usually stones that are semi-precious, they vary in size and the biggest are his horn; which are made out of Obsidian.
The purple on his fingers, face, and legs are markings, he was born with them and overtime they grew darker to the shade they are now.
Morgan is primarily vegetarian, there are times he will eat meat (usually fish) if there isn’t much else available to him. Before and after partaking he usually offers blessings and prays to the meat.
Morgan’s nails, horns, and eyes have bioluminescence, in other words they glow in the dark.
