What was originally meant to be 10500 but no one caught that one for some reason. Anyway the winner was Rothy and she decided she wanted a picture of Ilka with his pet cat, Fris. It took me a while to get this done > < a bit of being too busy and having some artblock on how to go about doing this picture. Yet I have finished it!
Yet I didn't exactly draw Ilka in his usual sweet disposition instead he looks pretty contemplative but with all the stuff that has been going on in his life lately I don't blame the guy.
I hope you enjoy the picture Rothy and Bulbie. This piece ended up being pretty fun to do in the end.

Awww, that is so sweet. ;A; I'm still confused why Rothie decided to have someone draw Ilka instead of one of her own babies, but still a nice surprise. ;U; And they're both looking nice too! Indeed wonder what Ilka is thinking about to have that expression. : o Hopefully nothing too sad!
